Business PCs
PCs to be supported at a rate of £12.50 + VAT per PC, per month[1].
Your business will receive phone/ email/ remote support, with a one hour response, between 9am and 6pm[2]. The customer will also have a technician perform a ‘health-check’ on the PC - checking Windows patches etc, every 3 months.
Should any issue not be resolvable remotely - i.e. hardware failure, Internet connection failure - then a reduced charge of £39 + VAT is chargeable for the first hour of any call-out, rising to £50 + VAT for subsequent hours of the same call out.
Business Servers
Server costs are set to £25 + VAT for a ‘5 CAL’ server, rising by £5 + VAT per additional ‘5 CAL’ license installed. (i.e. £30 + VAT for a ’10 CAL’ server, £35 + VAT for a ’15 CAL’ server).

Option 4 - On-site Support Contract (minimum of 50 PCs)
Business PCs
PCs to be supported at a rate of £30 + VAT per PC, per month[1].
Your business will receive phone/ email/ remote support, with immediate response, between 9am and 6pm[2]. The customer will also have a technician perform a ‘health-check’ on the PC - checking Windows patches etc, every 3 months.
Business Servers
Server costs are set to £75 + VAT for a ‘5 CAL’ server, rising by £15 + VAT per additional ‘5 CAL’ license installed. (i.e. £90 + VAT for a ’10 CAL’ server, £105 + VAT for a ’15 CAL’ server).

[1] PCs must have a remote control application - i.e. LogMeIn - installed.
