The initial call out will only cost £39, this includes the first hour of work

Most computer problems can be resolved within an hour, if further work is required then the engineer will give you an estimated cost before any further work is done.

Some times the engineer will recommend removing the computer to our workshops, generally if a rebuild is required.  This will then be done for a fixed price as it can be time consuming.

Home User Services

• Support Call out  up to 1 hour:    £39
  This prices includes the call out charge and the first hour's labour.  Additional time is charged at £25 per 30 minutes.

• New PC setup: £49
  This includes installing the new computer & peripherals. Transferring data from an old PC if required.  Installing Antivirus software and removing any unwanted default applications

• Home wireless network installation:  £99
  This includes the supply and installation of a 3Com WDS 54g wireless modem router and configuration of 2 computers.

• PC Rebuild:    £99
  This includes data transfer, operating system upgrade, reinstall.  Antivirus software installation.

• PC Health Check:   £69
  Full computer software check-up, including antivirus software, spyware removal, system updates, driver updates, system registry clean etc.
